Overview: The Bracebridge building had a problem with microbiologically induced corrosion (MIC), which was deteriorating the dry system sprinkler pipe in their multi-level parking garage. Oliver installed a new system while leaving the existing system active. The transition to the new system and new MIC remediation equipment was completed in one day. Once the new system was active, the old system was removed.
