Overview: Supported the development of performance specifications for the assignment. Provided design/build services during the renovation of the 60,000+ square foot production area including installation of new pre-action system, dry system, and stainless steel sprinklers; welding of stainless steel piping; and relocation of 350 wet sprinklers. Also, provided coordination with other contractors and various regulatory oversight organizations.
